It should be herself since she's a girl. 4. "At that exact moment, the time is 16:45, and it is a half hour till the meeting of The League will begin." Since the meeting starts at Half past five (17.30) it's 45 minutes, not half an hour. I've read some other spelling/grammar mistakes but I wasn't bothered by them.
